Where can I find rates and open weeks?

May/June/September/October and through the holidays is visible through the Book Now button above. 

Peak weeks require a 7 night stay (Last week of June through LDW). All other times have a 3 night minimum.

What time is Check-in and Check-out?

Check-in is at 4pm. I can not guarantee an earlier check-in. Check-out is 10am. A code will be sent to you for the door the day of check in.

Does the home have Streaming Services?

Smart TVs are ready for streaming. Disney+, Netflix, Apple TV+, Prime.

YoutubeTv is Provided.

What is the Wifi information?

Parking?

The driveway can support an SUV and a standard vehicle. For additional vehicles, you can park on the street. Please follow the signs on which side to park on, it does change mid week.

When does trash get picked up?

Trash and Recycling pickup is Tuesday and Friday. Ensure tops are on trash bins to avoid fines. Do not bag recycling.

What do I do before I checkout? 

  • Leave Beach Badges on the hook

  • Take the trash out and empty anything you have in the fridge

  • Ensure dishwasher is empty and no dirty dishes left in the sink

  • Ensure sheets, pillow cases and towels from the Linen Service are stripped and put in the bags provided. Comforters and pillow shams stay on the beds.

  • If the floors have sand on them, it is appreciated if you run the vacuum before you leave

House Rules

  • No parties or events allowed

  • No smoking allowed. 

  • No pets allowed.

  • Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.

  • No unregistered guests allowed. 

  • Please don’t eat in the bedrooms. 

  • Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.

  • Please turn off the outdoor lights before bed. They are bright and can disturb neighbors.

  • Please respect check-in and check-out times. 

  • Please keep AC Units between 72 and 74 degrees.

  • Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security coverage.

  • Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

  • No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

  • No underage drinking.

    Pool Rules

  • No diving and jumping.

  • No glass by the pool.

  • Children not potty trained should wear swim diapers.

  • Please rinse off before entering pool in outdoor shower.
